STORE POLICIES

ATTENTION!!! To all our Shoppers, please be aware that we have been receiving Fraudulent Emails recently about our Store giving Promotional Discounts on items that does not even pertain to what we sell!

We are asking that you please BEWARE of such emails sent to you and if so, please let us know if you do receive any of such! Thank you for your full cooperation in this matter!

RETURNS:

Customer Satisfaction Is Extremely Important To Us.

Please Remember That Policies May Vary Depending On The Type Of Purchase. We allow EXCHANGES ONLY! NO CASH REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!! Shipping Cost and all applicable taxes at the time of purchase are not inclusive! Please check all merchandise immediately upon receipt to determine if you really want to keep it. Return merchandise must be back to us within (7) days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn with all tags attached and packaged in its original condition.A Store Credit may be issued only if Merchandise is received in it's original condition at the time of Sale and/or if you decide that you do not want an Exchange for the Item you purchased.

URGENT EXCHANGES:

If for some reason you're in a rush and need a different size or colour on a stock item that you ordered, we are asking that you place your new order for the item you need and then return the one you ordered within the (7) day period in original condition with original tags attached. You will then be credited for the amount when the returned merchandise is received. Credit usually takes 2-3 business days, depending upon the nature of the problem. If it's a mistake made by us then you will be reimbursed for the return shipping.

Due to the nature of special occasion wear, we are asking that you please contact us within 48 hours after receiving and return within (7) days. Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us. Merchandize that is being Returned without an RA# will not be accepted!

NO RESTOCKING FEE:

Because we value you as our customer, there is a NO RESTOCKING FEE on all our items Returned. However, if items are soiled and not in the original package with original tags attached when returned, then that item would be REFUSED, with NO EXCHANGE OR NO STORE CREDIT. If an item is RETURNED without prior authorization or RA # from us, that Item would be REFUSED! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Due to the nature and high quality of these clothing,we are asking that you please take utmost care in returning the merchandise the same way we did in shipping it to you. Please ship in original package with all Original Tags attached. If merchandise is damaged Return Will Be Refused! NO EXCEPTIONS!!


If these terms are not fulfilled the item won't be taken back and no responsibility falls upon the seller.

Merchandise that is a SPECIAL ORDER is Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable! A Special Order is made specifically to fulfil your Order and is considered FINAL! With No Returns , No Exchanges, No Refunds or Store Credit! Any Items that is customized and made specifically to the customers measurements, are NON-RETURNABLE and NON- EXCHANGEABLE. A NO REFUND AND NO STORE CREDIT Policy is applicable to all Special Items Ordered! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Shipping costs are Non-Refundable! All Sales on Socks, Hosiery, and Hair Accessories are Final and are Non-Returnable!

All Satin Shoes that are Custom-Dyed are Non-Returnable!

ITEMS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE:

All Items on Sale or Clearance are considered a FINAL SALE and are Non-Returnable. Please decide on size and color before placing your order.

While we strive for accuracy in our pricing of our products we do sometimes make errors. Known errors are likely to be posted on our website periodically. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or information on the website or invoice.

CHECK YOUR ORDER:

Please check your order immediately once received. If you encounter any problems,please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt. By email you will receive confirmation within 24hrs.

ABANDONED MERCHANDISE:

Sometimes we would have merchandise with us that rightfully belong to the customer. In instances like this, we refer to this as merchandise being "abandoned" Some examples of abandoned merchandise is as follows:

a) Merchandise that is returned without any form of indentification of customer will be held over for 30 days with the anticipation of the customer contacting us!

b) A Special Order that is refused or returned at time of delivery will be treated as an order that is being abandoned.

c) Instances where customers ( especially international customers - where email is the main means of correspondence ) did not respond to emails being sent requesting additional shipping information, before their order is being sent out.

In instances like the above, the customer will have (14)days to respond to correct the situation. After this time has elapsed, we cannot issue a STORE CREDIT a REFUND or an EXCHANGE for such an order.
